For events that are 0-75 guests, we provide 1 bartender included in the base price. For events with 75-125 guests, one additional bartender is provided for an additional $40 per hour. For events with 125-200 guests, we provide two additional bartenders (for three total) for an additional $70 per hour. For events 200+, please contact us for more information.
No worries! For every hour you would like to extend your event, it will be an additional $40 into the base price. This will cover additional supplies. For example, if your party will be six hours long, $80 would be added to the base price. All parties must end no later than 2:00am to comply with Texas Liquor Laws.
Absolutely! You can choose any of our packages to be a mocktail service. We will still provide all of the materials and supplies listed, you just won't have to purchase the alcohol. We can also work with you for a combo bar with both cocktails and mocktails.
Yes! If you would like to add mixers (such as ginger beer or another type of soda), or add garnishes (such as grapefruit or pineapple), we can provide those for you. Pricing will depend on event size, so please contact us with questions.
Because it makes your event unique to you! We will work with you to create custom cocktails based on your drink preferences or event theme. The menu will also be designed to align with your theme. Guests often love a unique twist on an event, and we love helping make your event special!
For events with 75+ guests, we send a minimum of two staff, and for larger events, additional bartenders are required to ensure everything runs smoothly. This allows us to provide exceptional service and serve each guest in a timely manner.
Yes! We can customize the color of the bar to the theme of your event. We can also customize the menu to match your theme as well.
The TABC does not permit for mobile bartending services to provide the alcohol as they cannot be licensed. We will do everything we can to ensure that prepping for your event is stress-free, including working with you to provide a shopping list with brand suggestions and quantities, and we will provide everything else!
In order to reserve a date, we require a deposit of $50 for events only requiring a bartender, and a deposit of $100 for events requiring Mixer and Craft Cocktail service. Deposits can be moved to a different available date if canceled 72 hours prior to the event. If canceled within the 72 hours before the event, we reserve the right to keep the deposit. The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to your event.
We proudly serve Houston and the Greater Houston Area, including (but not limited to) The Woodlands, Spring, Tomball, Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, and Conroe. For locations further away, additional fees may be included.
